Our Return Policy
Customer may return unused products within ten (10) days of receiving product, Products with manufacturer warrenties may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.
Customer may request a replacement product otherwise company credit will be issued. 20% restocking fee will be applied to your return. Shipping cost is non refundable. In the case you received Free Shipping
our actual shipping/handling costs will be deducted from any refunds.
We do not accept items back that have been used unless the product is damaged or defective.
Items with manufacturer's defects:
Please return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement.
Items returned as defective that are found to not be defective will incur a 30% restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization.
Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number.
How to return an item:
For Customer service questions Please E-mail us at rncweb.com [info@rncweb.com] to notify a defective item and request for an #RMA number. Please, allow 48 hours to respond to your email.
Please have your order number available.
When you return the item please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, write your RMA number on it and provide a return reason.
Returns must be in like new condition.
Returns will not be accepted without all of the original packaging, manuals and accessories.
All returns must be received by rncweb.com within 10 days from the RMA number issuing date.
Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number or after 10 days of delivery of the order.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
*** Please note that all returns that will be shipped without a valid RMA number will be refused and package will go back to the sender.
We recommend returns be made via FedEx insured freight only.
